Pages here proving cause of my PTSD and crystal clearly documents four years and one month of exemplary service in the United States Marine Corps as a Helicopter Crew Chief. Then monumentally documented combat related adrenaline and cortisol caused amnesia, causing my hands and feet to bleed almost constantly. Totally mentally and physically disabled by VA laws for 20 years, and federally mandated laws never were applied.
Official government documentation also proves beyond any reasonable doubt that over 100 combat medals are missing on my military DD - 214 discharge forms. This represents combat events that required massive amounts of adrenaline and cortisol, resulting in universally proven brain damage. Preventing veterans from getting PTSD diagnosis.
May 29, 2024 Boise, Idaho, Marine Col. William Chairsell pinned the Silver Star Medal
on the blue sport coat lapel of the now 77-year-old Plank. This has been going on for decades, with hundreds of our combat veterans. Our us government officials does not want people to understand that PTSD severity is caused by the number of traumatic experiences.
Helicopter crews had the most dangerous job in Vietnam, average life expectancy was three weeks. Deaths of my friends were, recorded in HMM- 165, HMM-164 and HMM-262 that I served with, 4 years and one month as a CH-46 Helicopter Crew Chief.
It is totally undeniable by any rational mind, to deny that I was discharged from
the United States Marine Corps for a totally disabling post traumatic stress disorder,
with no lawful compliance.

The documents below establishes that I was Honorably discharged as a sergeant
with no disciplinary actions of record. Which clearly establishes my baseline behavior, before becoming a war related adrenaline addict with excessive cortisol caused brain damage. No previous history of any dermatology problems.

that really knows the CH- 46 Helicopter.

I have officially requested this full court transcript seven times, as several other officers testimony describes not only many missing medals, but the changes in my behavior caused by PTSD symptoms. Clearly a government conspiracy to deny my lawful entitlement for PTSD disability. Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley, has requested missing documents, my VA hearing was scheduled for August 16,2021 which
would profoundly help get lawful entitlements earned. Military records did not
send any of the records I specifically requested, and this this is totally unlawful.
Seeing yourself on verge of death releases cortisol.

Taken from HMM-262 Squadron year book, I know I was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross in HMM-164. Government will not give me all of my military documented awards.
The following pages of military records, crystal clearly documents the brain damage caused by excessive adrenaline and cortisol. My baseline normal behavior changed dramatically, documented in 4 years previous service. No lawful compliance to this day.
I was only in one fight, authorized by two Marine officers. Marine corps karate instructor, insisted on solving our disagreement physically and he was flown out on jet to Guam with severe injuries. The two officers were in big trouble, Colonel Bancroft asked me to accept an honorable discharge to cover up the situation. The Colonel also recognized too much combat had seriously affected my behavior and ordered the statements below be
recorded so I could get help. The entire Marble Mountain Marine air base,
and the pentagon was talking about this unbelievable event.
You think maybe I was getting massive amounts of adrenaline and cortisol when scared which causes super human strengths? This was clearly stated below and again stated
by VA psychiatrist in June 29, 1988 PTSD C & P examination.

This officer statement was 100% clearly correct. April 17th 1988 VA compensation
and pension examination diagnoses me with trauma related amnesia. The trauma I experienced was so painful that many memories were blocked from my conscious mind until April 17th 1988. This caused my hands and feet to bleed severely for 20 years after my USMC service. Staff Sargent Yanchis & First Lt. Mccorkle testified off base constantly in combat zone. This is unquestionably Totally Suicidal Behavior. Can't cope with traumatic MEMORIES, was crystal clearly the reason why. Just lost too many friends and my mind automatically erased memories, nobody experiencing amnesia knows this has happened until memories return.

Discharge by reason of fitness was Unquestionably, PTSD symptoms as documented.
Never lawfully applied
This federal law has never been applied to this date by VA and backdated compensation awarded as our laws demand. I have offered the American government a chance to pay extremely less than I would be awarded in a malpractice courtroom. Takes years to go
to court with our government and I won't live long enough to pay the people I owe,
and enjoy some things before my life is over.

There are Over 100 missing medals on my military DD-214 discharge documents. The Gold Star for second single mission Air Medal, Distinguished Flying Cross, Presidential Unit Citation, the Navy Unit Citation, and 61 Air Medals + more. Documents show my first Air Medal awarded in HMM-262, earning 69 total. Military records also records my first Air Medal was awarded in May of 1967 in HMM-165. I was also a Helicopter Crew Chief in HMM-164. Official documentation included, proving military records of my previous three tours in vietnam combat operations were all accidentally lost. These missing combat medals represents severe brain damage, caused by excessive cortisol.
Documentation below describes why I have no idea how many combat medals are missing
I was awarded my first air medal in may of 1967, how many more is unknown.
I was a Crew Chief for several months in HMM-165. The document below documents
44 air medals earned in HMM-164, this does not add up correctly.
Many excellent Helicopter Crew Chiefs in HMM-164 earned more than 44 air medals.

Both of my military discharge DD-214 records only records 8 Air Medals awarded, is this gross negligence or deliberate ? Every president for decades has awarded veterans the Congressional Medal of Honor, or other very high military combat awards decades later.
