Most people treat dogs better than the Veterans Administration treats it's veterans, when treating mental health problems.
Veterans Administration has never complied with the mandated by law
"Standard of Care"for diagnosing PTSD. Which caused my 100% disabling dermatitis condition for over 22 years. Federal law 4.15 total disability rating often never applied. These are the highest paid malpractice lawsuits in our nations courts. Page military records, psychiatric evaluations and psychoneurotic dermatitis very solidly proves all statements made on these documented injustice, and completely unlawful government actions. I won't live long enough for another court VA hearing, but wanted people to know the facts.
Imagine yourself experiencing what my family has endured. Five areas of my brain severely damaged by excessive stress hormones. Maceration of skin tissue on hands
and feet that cracked open and bleed severely for 20 years, amnesia for 18 1/2 years,
unable to have loving feelings, lost forty jobs many high paying, not able to afford
another child, buy a home, earn money for my son to go to college, go on vacation etc.

Federal law 4.15 Total disability rating requirements met but not lawfully applied. Hard to imagine any person having more concrete evidence for winning a lawsuit in our nations courts. I won't live long enough with my PTSD related brain and body damages. Two of the arteries to my heart have been permanently plugged with only one artery left.
