"Standard of Care"for PTSD, and "Failure to Diagnose" psycho- neurotic reaction,
which caused 100% disabling dermatitis condition for over 22 years. Federal law 4.15 total disability rating never applied. These are the highest paid malpractice lawsuits in our nations courts. Page military records, psychiatric evaluations and psychoneurotic dermatitis very solidly proves all statements made on these documented injustice, and completely unlawful government actions.
