PTSD Dodocumended first time on March 12th 1969
Amnesia or medical term (dissosciative phenomenon) caused 18.5 year long memory loss. This caused 22 year long psychoneurotic dermatitis of maceration of skin tissue on both hands and feet.
April 17, 1988: I was in college and the writing assignment was to explain your worst traumatic experience, and the pain you felt. I was living by myself, and when I began
the assignment I was flooded with combat memories called amnesia. This was horribly shocking, it was like these events happened yesterday. Cried myself to sleep 4 days
in a row before going to college psychologist. Psychologists canceled my classes and scheduled immediate appointment with VA. Two months later VA statements below.

VA therapist recorded at bottom of this page, she examined my records documenting Bronze Star, Silver Star and 110 Air Medals. Many medals earned are not documented on both of my military DD - 214 discharge documents.

If a mental health professional strongly suspects a diagnosis of PTSD because of the enormity of trauma, and the presence of sufficient D.S.M., B, C and D criteria symptoms,
it would be irrational and medically inappropriate to delay treatment. The first VA psychiatrist I saw describes the enormity of combat trauma I endured, and the presence of the A through F criteria and no lawful compliance.
Hard to even imagine that this doctor never even offered any help, or a follow up appointment for severe PTSD symptoms, documented as just beginning to surface
in this veteran. Receiving no help, I went to Boise Idaho VA in November 1988.

Amnesia for over 18 years described here and by three other psychiatrists caused totally disabling psychoneurotic dermatitis. VA psychiatrist states below, my memories returned in April 1988. Memories blocked by too many deaths of friends, and killing so many enemy soldiers.
THESE SYMPTOMS OF PTSD below IDENTICAL TO DSM- 4 or CFR 4.125. NEVER LAWFULLY APPLIED BY Veterans Administration. Totally against federal laws and this document proves VA knew they were breaking the law.

This is the standard of care required by federal law, if a person was in a war, and shows symptoms of PTSD, this mandated action must be lawfully applied. Clearly stating totally disabled by DSM federal law.
NOTE: Psychiatrist states VA psychiatry malpractice that caused 4 driving while intoxicated citations in treatment, never expunged as lawfully should have taken place to this day. 30 years have passed no driving intoxicated citations. Can't get any Governors, Congressman or Senators to correct this injustice that my family and I paid dearly for. Anybody can see this is terribly obviously wrong.
In Vietnam my brain changed to protect me, do not allow anyone to get close. She persisted saying she wanted a loving relationship with me, and I felt I must get her to stop not knowing why.

With monumental evidence of my total disability documented for over 5 decades,
and submitted to VA. However, I was not granted total disability until 1992,
then only back dated to 1990. Twenty years of horrible suffering because Veterans Administration is unquestionably totally corrupt, and family never lawfully compensated.
